LeBron James Shares Thoughts On Stephen Curry MVP Win; GSW Player Continues Best-Selling Jersey Streak

Golden State Warrior point guard Stephen Curry is the first player in the team's history to win the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award twice. He is also the first to become a unanimous winner in the league.
According to Yahoo, LeBron James believes that Stephen Curry deserved the MVP award. However, the Cleveland Cavaliers power forward has argued about the meaning of the prize.
"I think sometimes the word 'valuable' or best player of the year, you can have different results," James said. "You know, that's not taking anything from anyone that's ever won the award.''
"So, I don't, do you have any debate over that, really, when it comes to that award? But when you talk about most 'valuable' then you can have a different conversation, so, take nothing away from him, he's definitely deserving of that award, for sure.''
NOLA.com noted that the four-time MVP winner seems to be implying that the NBA should have different awards for "Most Valuable Player" and "Best Player." The Cavs' general manager, David Griffin, said that LeBron James was more valuable to his team than the Golden State Warriors player.
Meanwhile, Stephen Curry also dominated the jersey sales for the second straight season. ESPN reported that the GSW guard's jersey sold more than any other player's during the 2015-2016 regular season.
Coming second in terms of jersey sales was Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant, whose final season has recently concluded. Bryant is followed by Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James.
In a report by USA Today, seven-time NBA All-Star and current TNT personality Grant Hill shared his thoughts on Stephen Curry. Surprisingly, he is far from critical.
"You look at Steph and the level of attention and hysteria that has surrounded him in the last two years," Hill said in an interview. "We've never seen a guy dominate the way (Curry) has dominated... it's just an interesting time that this kid, he's not physically imposing, he has his baby face, but he's been able to be, hands down, the best player in the NBA for the last couple of years."
