It is not common for fresh graduates to get out of their comfort zone and make a living in the big city. Cities like San Jose and San Francisco, California are two of the best cities that job seekers can go to. In a new study conducted by online recruiting and jobs site Glassdoor, there are four factors that determined the best cities that job seekers can work in. First is the hiring opportunity available. Second is the cost of living because some cities have a higher lifestyle compared to the rest. Third is work-life balance, when it comes to personal life and wellness, this is also a priority even for those who haven't started working yet. Lastly, job satisfaction is necessary in the workplace. These four factors, according to Business News Daily, were data gathered from the 50 most populated cities in the United States.
