Blake Shelton's ex-wife, Miranda Lambert, has a small boutique business in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. It's been operating for quite a while until recently when it needed to close down. The boutique, called "Pink Pistol," also has another location in Lindale, Texas. Lambert decided to close down the Oklahoma branch to focus on the Texas store instead.
US Magazine reports that Shelton wants to build something better. "I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the employees who worked hard to help me bring the store in Tishomingo to life, as well as the patrons who came to experience the Pink Pistol and supported the store. Sometimes you need to close a chapter to build on a new beginning or go back home," he said.
However, the location won't be left unattended. A new owner has decided to purchase the property. Blake Shelton, Lambert's ex-husband has decided to go into business and make it his own. However, he won't be re-opening the store. According to ET Online, Shelton has a plan for the buildings where "Pink Pistol Boutique" previously operated. Shelton explained that he wanted to do something for Tishomingo. "We all, as a community, appreciate everything it has done for our town. As for the actual properties left behind... I was offered the opportunity to buy them, and I have a plan brewing," the Voice judge explained.
Fans are trying to figure out what kind of business venture Shelton is concocting. Fans are speculating that he's opening up a saloon or bar in its place after Shelton uttered the word "brewing."
What could a country star like Shelton have in mind when it comes to a retail space property?
