In-Depth Look At 'Pokémon Sun and Moon' Starters; Trailer Part Of YouTube's Most-Watched List

The "Pokémon Sun and Moon" starters have been recently revealed. Here's what each of them does and how they can help players with the highly-anticipated 3DS game.
It was previously reported that the "Pokémon Sun and Moon" starters will be Rowlet grass/flying, Litten fire/dark and Popplio water/lighting. They have only been seen at their beginner forms.
According to Twinfinite, Poppolio, one of the "Pokémon Sun and Moon" starters, is from the Sea Lions category. It's a water-type Pokémon that can swim at an impressive 25 mph. Poppolio also has the ability to use a Water Gun attack, which enables it to fire bubbles from its nose.
Another "Pokémon Sun and Moon" starter is Grass Quill Pokémon Rowlet. It is a quiet hunter and is able to approach enemies with stealth. It can also use its vicious claws and razor-sharp feathers to attack.
The last "Pokémon Sun and Moon" starter is Litten, a Fire Cat. This creature is said to be able to "instantly set things on fire." It also uses Ember, which throws a small flame at an opponent.
CNET has also reported the "Pokémon Sun and Moon" characters. Players can take on the role of a male or female character and can customize his or her appearance.
Professor Kukui is the Pokémon professor of Alola region. A "mysterious girl" named Lillie is the professor's assistant. She is described as someone who is not fond of making Pokémon fight in battles.
Another character is Hau. He is a "Pokémon-loving young boy with a big appetite. He has a real weakness for malasadas, a famous treat in the Alola region, and is always in search of malasada shops. Hau is a big-hearted boy who really loves Pokémon."
Nintendo Insider noted that the "Pokémon Sun and Moon" trailer has become a part of YouTube's Most-Watched List for the year. The video entitled "Starter Pokémon for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon Revealed!" has garnered over 8.4 million views.
The official trailer of "Battlefield" topped the chart with 34.6 million views. The reveal trailer for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" follows at second place with 25.1 million views.
