Kylie Jenner's cosmetics company has been hit with another blow. The Lip Kit mogul and her business got an "F" rating from Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Us Weekly reported that Kylie Jenner's cosmetics company, Kylie Cosmetics, received an "F" rating from the business-reviewing organization. This is the lowest possible score that the BBB can give.

In the official website of the Better Business Bureau, Kylie Jenner's cosmetics company has had 133 complaints over the past 12 months. The BBB contacted the 18-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star's team about the complaints.

The issues surrounding Kylie Jenner's cosmetics company revolved around the Lip Kits' delivery as well as packaging. There have been a lot of complaints from fans indicating their disappointment when the items they ordered arrived late and appear to have been opened when the products make it to their doorsteps.

"The company replied that because their product is shipped in highly recognizable packaging, they feel that packages are being vandalized or stolen," the BBB wrote. "The company also indicated that they were taking steps to change their packaging so that it is less recognizable. As of June 23, 2016 the pattern of complaint allegations continues."

It was noted that Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit boxes are designed with a pair of lips with dripping gloss. Kylie's name is also printed in the box with black letters.

According to ET, the Better Business Bureau adjusted the rating of Kylie Jenner's cosmetics company to a "C." BBB CEO Rick Copeland revealed that they were not aware of the true volume of the business and, after much studying; the amount of complaints was said to be smaller in proportion.

A few months ago, Kylie Jenner's cosmetics company faced backlash after Lip Kit factory employees have described their workplace as a "sweatshop." There have also been comments that the laboratory was an "unclean work environment."

Last April, the official Kylie Jenner cosmetics website leaked its customers' personal information. The information leaked were names, email addresses, personal addresses as well as order history.
