Each tick of the clock seems a new update with Apple as they release the second iOS 10.1 beta. Not just one but three updates, tvOS 10.0.1 beta 2 for Apple TV and watchOS 3.1 beta 2 have also been updated. However, a public beta of iOS 10.1 is also available for non-developers.
The latest iOS version includes a feature of a Portrait camera for iPhone 7 Plus, which gives similar quality with DSLR with blur effect on photos using the dual lens system. Portrait mode is a feature that was supposed to be included in Apple's keynote which was demonstrated just this month, but has not been developed as it was still not yet ready when iPhone 7 Plus was first launched. Last month, portrait was still not released in iOS but is already available in public betas that works pretty well already.
Together with the newest Portrait mode feature, iOS 10.1 has an auto-play message effects that can be set in Accessibility. This would reduce motion disabling message bubble and screen effects but still not completely applied yet.
iOS 10.1, says developer, that it will also have a fix for motion handling. Developers will be able to access barometric pressure data for iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4 and iPad Pro.
tvOS 10.0.1
Apple TV, on the other hand, finally had an update. tvOS 10 is the smallest update they have so there will be no updates on features.
This second beta of tvOS is available to download in a fourth-generation Apple TV.
watchOS 3.1
Just in September, Apple Watch had just watchOS 3. This new update simply fixes bugs but has no specific description what bug it could fix. Although a new Dock added on this latest update where it opens app a lot faster than the previous update.
The second beta of watchOS 3.1 is only available for developer. This bug fix update will be available in the next weeks for anyone with an Apple Watch with watchOS 3.
