The Iron Fist Netflix TV Series will be released on March 17, 2017, and there are heaps of things the viewers should know about beforehand. Furthermore, it will also be the last series designed to complete: The Defenders.
What is Iron Fist About?
According to iSportsTime, It will be a show about Danny Rand who has a deadly martial art of Kung fu. What's more, it is will also be the final installment of Netflix's Defenders; It is the Avengers-like series that will bring different show's heroes.
Who is Danny Rand?
Danny Rand, who will be played by Finn Jones, is the main character of the Marvel comic turned series. He is called, the Iron Fist, indeed he was also a master in Kung Fu martial arts. Who will play Danny Rand in the Iron Fist TV Series?
Being an Asian superhero, the choosing of the leading character didn't go along without controversy. When the Iron Fist characters were cast, Finn Jones---of HBO's Game of Thrones' Loras Tyrell was selected.
Marvel News revealed why he was chosen, Executive Producer and showrunner, Scott Buck said, "Finn is able to play all these levels in such an honest, revelatory way that as soon as I saw him I knew he was our Danny."
Further, Executive Producer/Head of Marvel TV, Jeph Loeb added, "Finn wonderfully blends confidence with vulnerability, making him the perfect choice as he struggles to find his place in the world,".
When will the series air?
In the nick of time, Iron Fist will air on Netflix this coming March 17, 2017. Nevertheless, a new trailer was just dropped during New York Comic-Con last October. It is to quench the thirst of viewers for more Rand adventures in New York. It offers a bit about his exploits in martial art training and in his homecoming in the city.
