After Dylan O'Brien was injured on the set doing one of his film stunts in March 2016, there has been no news about his health condition.
The injury must have been critical as he was unable for some time to be active in filming. There are reports that O'Brien has started acting in the "American Assassin" movie so many movie fans assume him to be healthy. Fans are awaiting his comeback to the "Maze Runner" series that they enjoyed seeing him in.
Obrien is the lead actor of Maze Runner, a successful sci-fi adventure film that has a sequel "Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" directed by Wes Ball. These films are based on the books written by James Dashner.
There is an upcoming third sequel Maze Runner 3: The Death Cure, also based on the final book written by the same author. This sequel is about the mission to find a cure for a disease for named "Flare"
In this movie, Obrien fights against the World In Catastrophe: Killzone Experiment Department (WKCD) with the surviving Gladers as they search for a cure for the deadly Flare disease.
O'Brien's coach, Roger Juan says that Dylan is still recovering from his injury and has some issue with his blood pressure. Dylan is resting but he is eager to resume his routine workouts and is committed to do the scheduled Maze Runner 3 filming when he recovers.
Consequently, with the ongoing filming of American Assassin and the scheduled premier of "Teen Wolf Season 6," O'Brien cannot hope to find the time for shooting the third sequel: "Maze Runner 3" as of the moment. The schedule for Maze Runner 3 filming will have to be postponed to a later time.
"Maze Runner: The Death Cure" was previously set to premiere on Feb. 17, 2017 but is now reset to Jan. 12, 2018. The fans will be delighted to hear about O'Brien's health status and movie schedules.
