Chumlee 'Pawn Stars' Jail Update: What Keeps Him Busy While Off The Show

When "Pawn Stars" Chumlee was charged with possession of illegal firearms, ammunition and drugs, many thought it was the end of him. But lawyers do have their ways and in a brilliant legal move of a bargain plea, Chumlee is able to get out of jail on bail and probation.
Being on probation is not a holiday though. Chumlee has to do some community work and must see the shrink from time to time. Of late, Chumlee is trying his hand on charitable works, soliciting funds and spending many hours doing charity activities at the Gold and Silver Pawnshop. This is definitely something new in Chumlee's carefree lifestyle.
His probation period ends in three years and that's a lot of time for him to stay away from all the things that got him in trouble in the first place. Chumlee is still in contact with "Pawn Stars" fans through social media and that is a pretty good thing since most fans want to know what is up with the man.
He is also back working in the pawnshop. Of course, he always finds time for his charitable activities as he waits for his acting schedule at Pawn Stars.
All the charity works that Chumlee of "Pawn Stars" is doing is important for making his three-year probation worthwhile. Within this period, he must prove himself a worthy and responsible citizen so his felony cases can be lowered down to a misdemeanor.
Chumlee works in the pawnshop during office hours Monday to Friday, making appraisals and issuing pawn tickets. Fans may come and visit him and if he is not busy, he attends to them, signing autographs, having pictures taken and the like.
"Pawn Stars" has already started filming and Austin Lee Russell will soon be joining the other stars for the forthcoming new season on the History Channel.
