'In Da Club' hit maker 50 Cent stood in court Monday in the alleged domestic violence charge made by his baby's mama and ex girlfriend Daphne Narvarez.

Judge Bernard Kamins told the 37-year old rapper whose real name is Curtis Jackson to adhere to the protective order forbidding him from coming within 100 yards from Narvarez. The order further demands the rapper to surrender all his firearms.

As for 50 Cent's take on the domestic violence charge, his lawyer issued a statement saying, "Curtis Jackson denies these allegations as made against him. If 50 is found guilty of these charges, he will face up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines, he is due back in court on September 4."

Navarez recalls that she and Jackson has a heated argument in her condo in California. She further relates that the rapper trashed her place, which drove Navarez to lock herself in the bedroom. 50 Cent allegedly kicked the bedroom door and kicked her as well, causing injury. Authorities say that when the police arrived on the scene, the place was torn to a mess, with broken furniture, a wrecked TV and chandelier on sight.

The domestic violence charge was thrown against 50 Cent back in June 23 in which he took to Twitter for his response, dismissing the case: "look billy jean your not my lover,".

Before the domestic violence charge, 50 Cent has continuously referenced violence and drug dealing in his songs. Apart from being a rapper, he also starred as an actor in his own autobiographical account as a drug dealer in the movie called "Get Rich or Die Tryin'". He was also well know for having survived 9 gun shots after a failed assasination.

Curtis was in a relationship with Daphne for three years and currently father 16-year old Marquise Jackson.
