'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them' Updates: 'Harry Potter' Fan Favorite Albus Dumbledore Joins Cast!

"Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" is indeed a highly-anticipated spin-off of the successful "Harry Potter" franchise. Fans have rejoiced knowing that the wizarding world did not end with the last installment of the "Harry Potter" movie.
Furthermore, there is better news! Not only will fans be getting more of the magical world of J.K. Rowling. But they will be reunited with one of their favorite characters.
Albus Dumbledore, the beloved headmaster of Hogwarts and mentor to Harry left us all in a state of grief and mourning when he had Snape murder him. But he will be making his return in the sequel of "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them."
According to Daily Mail, Albus Dumbledore will return to the big screens as the younger version of himself in "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them." The headmaster will be part of the second installment of the new Wizarding movie series which is expected to be a five-film franchise.
The director of the "Harry Potter" spin-off David Yates has already signed up for the prequel's second installment as per E! News. Yates has confirmed that Dumbledore will be part of the "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" sequel. Moreover, Yates also mentioned that Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) will also make his return.
Yates even had a few things to share to Screen Rant about the upcoming five-film franchise. "In the second movie, Dumbledore comes back. He's got a couple of good scenes with Newt," he started. "We're discussing who would play Dumbledore, any suggestions would be good."
With regard to casting, "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" already has a few cast members confirmed. Eddie Redmayne, Colin Farell, Ezra Miller, Jon Voight, Samantha Morton and Johnny Depp will be part of the upcoming movie.
Johnny Depp joining in on the cast of "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" definitely surprised fans. According to a previous report Depp will play as a cameo and fans may find it hard to identify him on his quick role.
