Donald Trump's triumph brought controversy to some Hollywood celebrities. Most of the TV personalities were in dismay as the Republican well-known businessman won the US Presidency election.
Yesterday, November 9, US presidency election result was broadcasted worldwide as Donald Trump won. The result contradicted the poll survey as being suggested that Hillary Clinton has the potential to become the next president of United States. Many celebrities reacted on the result of US Presidency election. It was reported that most of the stars were upset as Donald Trump will take over Barack Obama at the White House in January.
Many celebrities supported the Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton in her campaign as would be the first woman President of United States including the American singer-songwriter, Beyonce, Ariana Grande Lady Gaga, Jay Z, Madonna, and Demi Lovato. In addition, George Clooney, Sigourney Weaver, Sarah Silverman, Lena Dunham, Robert De Niro and Kery Washington were some of her supporters who helped her during the campaign period. On the other hand, one of Clinton's avid supporter, Katy Perry brought controversy on social media as she posted on her twitter account that "Revolution Is Coming".
The MTV awardee singer-songwriter, Katy Perry posted controversially on her twitter account as she had a great dismay in US Presidency election result. From 9:43 pm to 12:15 am, Katy posted the following on her twitter account. "We will never be silenced" ,"The Revolution is Coming", "Rise up", "Power to the people, we will never be silenced. #LOVETRUMPSHATE", and "Do not sit still. Do not weep. Move. We are not a nation that will let hate lead us."
On the other hand, Ariana Grande posted on her twitter that the result was utterly terrifying and it made her in tears. In addition, Captain America star, Chris Evans said that it was an embarrassing night for America. As what celebrities reacted on Donald Trump triumph, it really clarified that they were very disappointed on the result.
