WWE Cruiserweight Division And Title Moving To SmackDown? Division Better Off At The Blue Brand?

The WWE cruiserweight division and title might be moving to WWE SmackDown Live as it is on the line in a match between Brian Kendrick and Kalisto at "Survivor Series". The cruiserweight division moving to WWE's blue brand will be good overall, though.
According to Sky Sports, Kendrick and Kalisto will clash on November 20 on Toronto for the cruiserweight title and for the division to move to SmackDown if Kalisto wins. Bosses from WWE Raw and SmackDown have already agreed to the high-stakes inter-brand contest.
The cruiserweight division has been reintroduced to WWE last September and Raw has had a sole proprietor over it. TJ Perkins was the inaugural champion, winning the "Cruiserweight Classic" last September 14.
Perkins, though, lost the belt to Kendrick last month at "Hell in a Cell". Now Kalisto, who is finally fit after a back injury, will try to take the title and bring the cruiserweight division to SmackDown.
According to the Inquisitr, a move by the cruiserweight division to SmackDown would actually be beneficial than if it stays on Raw. This is because the cruiserweight division has always been a SmackDown brand.
SmackDown has always treated the division's talent far better than Raw ever did. Wrestlers like Rey Mysterio, Chris Benoit, and Eddie Guerrero have always flourished at SmackDown.
The SmackDown brand had always given multiple opportunities to its cruiserweights than Raw ever did. The Hardy Boys, Jeff and Matt, are another example of smaller wrestlers who thrived on the blue brand.
The cruiserweight division moving to SmackDown is not the only option that WWE has. There are also talks that instead of the division transferring, SmackDown would also have its own cruiserweight division.
This would also make sense, especially since splitting up wrestlers instead of putting them all in one brand is a better plan anyway. You can watch "Survivor Series" live on Sky Sports Box Office.
