'Sleepy Hollow' Season 4 Air Date, Spoilers, & Update: Fox Series Cast 'Once Upon A Time' Star Robbie Kay; Show's Set No Longer In Sleepy Hollow?

"Sleepy Hollow" Season 4's premiere date is almost upon us and Sleepyheads will be greeted with a brand new character in FX's horror-drama series. Robbie Kay from "Once Upon A Time" will be joining the cast of "Sleepy Hollow" after the tragic death of a beloved character.

"Sleepy Hollow" Season 3 ended with a heartbreaking finale where fans lost two characters in a tragic event. Abbie Mills lost her life last season whereas she sacrificed herself in the name of stopping The Hidden One (Peter Mensah) and Pandora (Shannyn Sossamon). Many fans worried that the show may not be renewed for a fourth season. Despite not being able to reach the success achieved by its first season, "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4 has been confirmed. 

The show is even adding a fresh new face on board in the form of Robbie Kay. Kay is famous for his role in "Once Upon A Time" and now he will be part of the FX horror series. The actor will take up the role of a young internet sensation who has snatched the hearts of tweens worldwide. Diana Thomas' (Janina Gavankar) daughter, Molly Thomas played by Oona Jaffe is one of the young ladies who have an eye for Logan McDonald.

Speaking of the secret service agent Diana, according to International Business Times, she will be replacing Abbie Mills as the Ichabod Crane's (Tom Mison) new sidekick. Moreover, Crane and Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood) will encounter a new villain in the form of a strange tech wiz named Malcolm Dreyfuss. The encounter Malcolm when the pair traveled to Washington D.C. in "Sleepy Hollow" Season 4 as reported by Movie News Guide.

Furthermore, they also meet Jake Wells (Kerry MacKinnon) who is a supernatural expert and has notes that will help the team defeat demons. Jake may prove to be a useful ally alongside Alex Norwood (Rachel Melvin).

Many characters will be coming back this season, however, a few will not, including Sophie Foster, Daniel Reynolds, and Betsy Ross.There are reports that claim that FX's "Sleepy Hollow" will no longer be set in Sleepy Hollow.
