It seems like "Kingsman: The Golden Circle" has moved to another date. Earlier this year, it was announced that the film will be originally released on June 16, 2017. However, change happens; fans need to wait a little longer for its new releasing date.
"Kingsman: The Secret Service" became a successful movie after it was released in 2014, R-rated action-comedy movie and directed by Matthew Vaughn. The movie is based on Dave Gibbons and Mark Millar's comic series "The Secret Service." Taron Egerton plays the role of "Eggsy" - Kingsman agent. Now, its sequel "Kingsman: The Golden Circle," is coming this 2017, but will be delayed.
A previous report from Jobs & Hire revealed about the details of the upcoming movie. However, according to an article from BMD, the new releasing date of "Kingsman 2" will be out on October 6, 2017; which is almost 4 months late than the original date. The movie will also compete with another sequel "Blade Runner: 2049."
The reason why the date has been moved is because; a lot of movies will be released this coming June 2017. The movie does not want any competition with these big movies. And so, they they decided to move it instead, so that, it will also be a hit just like "Kingsman: The Secret Service," as reported by MStars News.
Aside from Taron Egerton; the are also new faces to watch in the upcoming movie like Julianne Moore, Elton John, and Channing Tatum. Another thing to watch for is the possible return of Colin Firth.
The director, Vaughn, talks about that it is somehow possible; many people are upset upon the death of Firth, and he might not join "Kingsman 2." According to him, he is thinking about bringing Harry Hart back in the movie, as per interview from USA Today. In another report, Mark Millar also want to bring back the character of Colin Firth, however, it is not yet clear on how they would make his character fit in the sequel.
