There are various news being circulated in the internet that Samsung is planning to replicate iPhone 7's best features in its Galaxy S8. According to the Mirror, loyal users have picked up on a primary feature of the highly anticipated new smartphone from Samsung.

A pair of stereo speakers, which Apple did with its iPhone 7, is to be expected in the forthcoming Galaxy S8 flagship smartphone.  According to some sources, there will be a branding in the dual speaker technology like HTC's Boomsound. It will be powered by HARMAN's technology which was recently agreed to acquire about $8 billion.

After the ill-fated Galaxy Note 7, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be the first phone to be released by the company. It is to be expected that the South Korean smartphone company will give their best shot into the phone to lure back lost customers and attract new ones. If indeed, Samsung will draw on HARMAN's expertise on powerful sound system tucked inside the Galaxy S8 flagship phone, it will create a more interesting competition in the market.

"Since we are globally number one in audio technology, we plan to create new opportunities by applying the audio technologies into Samsung's smartphones and home appliances," Paliwal said.

According to International Business Times, Samsung Galaxy S8 is built with stereo speakers but without headphone jack or 4K screen. Galaxy S8, being HARMAN-powered audio delight, could give HTC a headache and something to worry about. It is reported that Samsung is bidding goodbye to its two long-standing hardware features with the coming of Galaxy S8. These are the physical home button  and the 3.4mm port. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to hit the market in February during the Mobile World Congress to be held in Barcelona.
