The ocean emerges as the beach is back starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario and Bollywood star, Priyanka Chopra in Seth Rogen film, "Baywatch."

Paramount Pictures has just released earlier today, the first complete trailer for the Seth Gordon-directed feature “Baywatch” inspired by the TV show of the 1990s.

The "Baywatch" film won’t be following the original adaptation of the TV series. Being directed by Seth Rogen of the “Horrible Bosses and “The Interview”, it turns out to be a comedy movie. Of course, the audience is to expect a lot of humor and sexual jokes.

Being an R-rated comedy movie, fans are excited on how Seth would direct the "Baywatch" without boundaries. Given the boob joke on Alexandria Daddario and the slow motion of "The Rock" rising off the water, Seth gave the fans a good impression of a quality comedy movie.

The plot of the "Baywatch" trailer consists of lifeguards Mitch Buchannon portrayed by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Zac Efron as Matt Brody. The trailer features devoted lifeguard Mitch Buchannon (Johnson) takes on new recruit (Efron) as his new PR assistant. They struggle as soon as dead bodies wash up on their beach. So, together they set up to uncover the mysteries of the beach, according to Teaser Trailer.

Alexandra Daddario, who also played “The Rock’s” daughter in the 2015 movie "San Andreas," is Summer Quinn, originally played by Nicole Eggert.

The film still follows the iconic scene of the slo-mo lifeguard with the red swimsuit, Pamela Anderson in the past. Lifeguard CJ Parker in the movie is going to be cast by sports model and actress Kelly Rohrbach. Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra is the mysterious villain Victoria Leeds.

Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff, stars of the 1990s TV show "Baywatch" are set to have a cameo in the movie, although they are not going to play their original roles.

Releasing a comedy trailer, Slash Film said that “It’s clear that this movie wants very badly to be 21 Jump Street, and from here it seems like a reasonable enough approximation. Johnson is a reliably appealing presence, and Efron is leaning into the douchey frat bro persona he perfected in the Neighbors movies.”

Other stars to be expected in the movie are Jon Bass, Ilfenesh Hadera, Hannibal Buress and more.

“Baywatch” washes up theaters on May 26, 2017.
