“Bully: Anniversary Edition” is made available on iOS and Android devices for $6.99 by Rockstar as part of their celebration of 10th anniversary along with off the chart upgrades.
“San Andreas”, “Vice City”, and “Grand Theft Auto 3” are games that people will think of whenever they hear Rockstar. These games produced by Rockstar made “Bully” an oft- forgotten classic from the PlayStation 2 times.
In the game, “Bully” would be played by kid Jimmy Hopkins, dropped into Bullworth Academy by his mother and step dad. He begins his conquest as he accomplishes missions and side quests to earn him respect, raise his reputation and effectively establish peace in Bullworth.
Rockstar developed this mobile version still, with the aid of War Drum studio that also helped them in their mobile releases of “Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars”, “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas”, “Grand Theft Auto 3”, and “Max Payne.”
Polygon stated that “Bully” has been modified for high-resolution screens, along with enhanced high definition graphics realistic textures and setting. The game also includes visually appealing lighting and shadows. Not to mention the sensitive touch controls, as well as physical controller support redesigned for touch game play for gamers.
In addition, the game is released with the extra classes, missions and characters from the Scholarship Edition (released on Xbox 360 and Wii in 2008.)
The most exciting would be that it features the new multiplayer game Friend Challenges, in which players can challenge their friends while on the go. Players also will get notified whenever it is their turn. This challenge feature includes mini games wherein players compete with each other in classroom tasks like solving English word problems, fastest Biology frog dissections, helping a squirrel beat his enemies with acorns and more.
Lastly, players can continue the game across different devices via cloud save system by using the Rockstar Games Social Club account.
Along with this announcement of this release, IGN stated that as part of the company's upcoming launch of “Red Dead Redemption 2” next year, Rockstar's "Red Dead Redemption”, and its expansion “Undead Nightmare”, were also both made available via PlayStation Now.
