Get yourselves ready as the "Chicago Med" season 2 episode 9 is about to drop the hardest and toughest decisions of the doctors and medical staffs of the Gaffney Chicago Medical Center. The promotional video of the hit medical series even gave three hints of what will happen next.

As per International Business Times, the season 2 mid-season finale of "Chicago Med" indeed stirred emotions as it brought the viewers along with Dr. Will Halstead and Dr. Natalie Manning's choice between letting the patient die of kidney failure or save him with an HIV infected kidney from his brother. Nurse April was also on a verge of having medical treatments which will unfortunately affect her pregnancy.

This time, as the NBC released its teaser for the episode 9, more and more scenes are unveiling hence making fans more excited than ever. One of which is the moment when Sharon Goodwin (portrayed by S. Epatha Merkerson), the hospital's Chief of Services asked the doctors to reevaluate a patient as complications to her pending transplant started to arise.

This leads to another breath-taking scene where Dr. Daniel Charles (played by Oliver Patt) was left to decide whether the patient qualifies for a heart transplant or not. Dr. Connor Rhodes (Colin Donnell) was also seen pushing Dr. Charles to qualify the patient before she dies.

Doctors Charles and Rhodes are also remarkably not in good terms as the latter expresses his feelings for the former's daughter Robyn (played by Mekia Cox). The "Chicago Med" will return to the NBC scene on January 5, 2017 at 9:00 pm EST.
