"NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3 Episode 9, titled "Overdrive," will continue with its storyline of a suspected murder of an amateur race car driver. The official synopsis reads as, "After a Marine corporal who is an amateur race car driver has a fatal crash on the track, the NCIS team investigates when they suspect foul play."
Promotional photos were released regarding "NCIS: NOLA" fall finale, as reported by International Business Times. The photos reveal Scott Bakula together with some other people. Sebastian and Percy are gathering evidence, and at the same time, Dr. Wade is examining for possible angles to what happened.
The last episode of "NCIS: New Orleans" revolved around a case involving a boy's aunt being murdered. It was an emotional episode as the kid was having a hard time connecting with others after such a traumatizing event. He was also gifted with musical inclinations.
It was previously reported by Jobs & Hire that the show is facing an imminent cancellation. Such rumors were brought up because of Zoe McLellan's Agent Brody exit.
"NCIS: NOLA" has since then plunged into a downtrend number of viewers. However, some suggest that Agent Brody's departure could also mean that the show can expand its storyline and bring more to the table. Also, according to the 'Third Season Rule,' there is a high possibility of an "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 4.
Moreover, CBS might find the low ratings a reason to bring back Zoe McLellan. It was even tipped by Tripped Media that McLellan might become the highest-paid member of the cast following the rumors.
You can watch "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3 Episode 9 online for free at the CBS' official site. It will air later at 10:00 PM EST.
