'Lego Batman' Movie Latest News and Updates: Billy Dee Williams to Star as Two-Face

Fans were thrilled because, after 27 years, Billy Dee Williams will be playing the role of Two-Face again in the upcoming "Lego Batman" movie.This was confirmed by Director McKay on November 30, 2016, via Twitter.
We recall that Williams played the role of District Attorney Harvey Dent n the 1989 Batman movie.The Verge reported that he was expecting to reprise his role in the next Batman film: "Batman Forever" but when Joel Schumacher took over as director, the role went to Tommy Lee Jones.Tomy Lee Jones is one of the best actors in the 90's but fans say the role is more suited for Williams.
The "Lego Batman" movie is a spin-off of the 2014 film "The Lego Movie" which is produced by Warner Animation Group.It will still be set in the same universe as the previous film and will focus on the DC Comics character Batman. Reports say that Animal Logic would produce three Batman Lego films, although there were no confirmations yet.
The movie is directed by Chris McKay and written by Seth Grahame-Smith.It will be produced by Dan Lin, Roy Lee, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.Will Arnet is said to reprise his role in the Lego Batman sequel.
It will also star the voices of Michael Cera as Robin; Zach Galifianakis as The Joker; and Rosario Dawson as Barbara Gordon (Batgirl), the daughter of Police commissioner James Gordon.Ralph Fiennes will be the voice of Alfred Pennyworth; Mariah Carey as the voice of an unnamed Mayor of Gotham City; and Jenny Slate was revealed to voice the character of Harley Quinn.
"The Lego Movie" has done really well, but with Billy Dee Williams on the film, fans are even more excited. The Lego Batman Movie will hit the theaters on February 10, 2017, in 3D, RealD 3D, and IMAX 3D. Catch more of your favorite superhero movies at Jobs & Hire.
