'Dive!!' Anime coming to Noitamina in July, Watch the Preview Here!

Noitamina is adapting the novel "Dive!!" starring Yuki Kaji, into an anime series and it will be airing in July next year.
After a 2008 live action film adaption and a five volume manga adaptation in 2007-2008, Dive, the youth novel series by Eto Mori is being turned into an animated series that will come out next year, reports the Anime News Network. A promotional video of the anime has been posted on Noitamina’s YouTube channel; watch it below.
Aside from the voice over, the video also revealed the team behind the series and that Yuki Kaji will lend his voice to the role of Tomoki Sakai, one of the members of the diving club in the story. The anime will be directed by Kaoru Suzuki, the script or screenplay written by Machida Toko, and its characters designed by Suzuhito Yasuda.
In the article by the Anime News Network, the series revolves around a threat to close down the Mizuki Diving Club due to financial troubles. The club’s new coach persuades the parent company to keep it open on one condition which is that the diving club will send one of its members to the Olympics next year as part of Japan’s Olympic team.
News about the Dive anime has also reached social networking sites such as Twitter and netizens have expressed their thoughts about it.
One is even looking forward to the anime due to the female coach in the novel, while another talked of how it is torture for the channel to have released a preview when the anime is not yet coming out until the summer of 2017.
