The 74th Golden Globe Awards is just a few winks away, and everyone has been praying for their favorite stars to win. Many of the nominees for best actor and best actress are indeed amazing on their chosen path. However, only a few of them will be awesome office bosses.
There is no definitive checklist on what makes a person an awesome boss. It all falls down to how they treat people and how they react under pressure. It does not bode well for an employee if a boss resorts to shouting expletives and throwing things out whenever there is an issue.
Viggo Mortensen, who is nominated for best actor in the drama category for his role in "Captain Fantastic," seems a really down to earth person. He has managed to keep his family out of the spotlight and the judgmental lens of the paparazzi despite his fame. He is also not afraid to say what he thinks. With Viggo as your boss, you will not wonder if you are doing a good job or not.
No-nonsense actress Amy Adams made the cut to being a remarkable boss. Amy was nominated for the best actress award in the drama category for her role in "Arrival." During normal days, Amy can be seen strutting down the street wearing comfortable clothes and wearing a big smile. Amy appears to be an understanding person who will allow you to take paid time offs without asking too many questions about it.
If you are looking for a fun boss, Ryan Reynolds is your man. He is nominated for best actor award in the comedy category because of his role in "Deadpool." Ryan has accumulated quite a following in Twitter for his dry sense of humor. He is also quite devoted to his family. A fun boss is very hard to come by, but Ryan will be able to pull it off effortlessly.
Jobs & Hire previously reported that Jimmy Fallon will be hosting the Golden Globe Awards.
