Emmy Awards 2013: Losers Throw Wild Party At "Losers Lounge" [VIDEO & REPORT]

In the spirit of sportsmanship, Jon Hamm and Amy Poehler-neither of whom won Emmy Awards for the categories they were nominated in-announced that they were going to be throwing a party for the losers.
Looks like there will be no room for losers to sulk, but more room for them to party.
Hamm and Poehler said that they came up with the idea last year, at an Emmy Awards after-party thrown by Kristen Wiig, who had opened her hotel room to other losers after losing to Julie Bowen for "Best Actress in a Comedy Series."
"We called it the Loser's Lounge because nobody there won, and it kind of stuck," Hamm said of the party concept, adding that they had all agreed to throw a bigger and better party after the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards this 2013.
Jon Hamm has been nominated for "Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series," while Amy Poehler is up for "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series." Sadly, Poehler goes home without an Emmy, (but is spectacular in her performance along with Tina Fey at the opening, wherein they taunt Neil Patrick Harris, calling on him to take off his pants and twerk), and Hamm's category still unreleased. He has, however, won "Best Beard of the Night," after showing up on the red carpet with a manly beard that deserves a suit of its own. Fans and Netizens were left in a trail of awe at the magnificent beard, and came up with an award for Hamm, who despite his critically acclaimed performance as Don Draper in the drama series "Mad Men," remains only as far as the nominees list.
All losers are welcome in the Loser's Lounge party-and there is more of them, meaning that it will be quite a big party-but winners are not banned from the event, only being required to leave their statues out by the door, and pay $1,000 dollars-to give to a chosen charity.
