One Direction disappointed hundreds of Adelaide fans after they failed to stop by whilst at the airport upon their arrival Sunday for their Australian concert tour, Daily Mail reported Monday.
One Direction, always known for being well-received by their fans all over the world, somehow disappointed Adelaide Directioners when they failed to stop by to meet their fans, who prepared a warm welcome to the boys, because of security issues.
Directioners cry in frustration and let out tears when they found out that Harry, Zayn, Niall, Liam, or Louis won't be given a chance to say Hello to them even just for a minute or two.
Niall Horan and Harry Styles, who were already staying in the said country for a couple of days, arrived a little later after Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Liam Payne landed in Adelaide fresh from Dubai.
Daily Mail reported that hundreds of Directioners were at first very eager to get a glimpse of One Direction after knowing that the boys will be arriving that day ahead of the first stop on their Australian Take Me Home tour. They even camped outside of the Adelaide airport for nearly 13 hours just to show how they really love the boy group.
But everyone ended up disappointed and began to cry when the band failed to stop to greet them upon their arrival at the airport.
Many reportedly collapsed and went hysterical, crying and having difficulty in breathing when they heard the news as the boys were quickly ushered to the cars, heading to the first destination for their already sold-out concerts.
Nevertheless, when the British lads found out that their fans became upset due to the unfortunate events some of them expressed their apologies online.
Liam was the first to let out his sorry to the fans by taking it to Twitter, saying: "Sorry we couldn't stop in the airport they said it wasn't safe. great to be in oz tho"
Meanwhile, Louis revealed on Twitter that he was already homesick after arriving at Adelaide. He tweeted: "Saying goodbye's s**t!!"
On the other hand, Niall, who is well-known for his enthusiasm, wrote: "This is gona be soo fun! I love it down under! Obsessed! Goa be a huge 5 weeks! Between aus and nz! U ready for TMHT."
One Direction is scheduled to perform 23 shows in the county and three of which are sold-out concerts at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre from Monday night.
The band is expected to head to Perth next followed by Christchurch and Auckland before they head back to Australia to wrap up the tour in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
