A good part of the world is nuts about soccer so you can only imagine the hype that the new FIFA 14 caused! The game FIFA 14 was recently released, and much to the delight of Android and iOS users, the app became available as a free download to every single smartphone all over the world! Although the official FIFA 2014 World Cup is still a good year away, the app is allowing the excitement to build up as the game spreads to different phones everywhere!

The FIFA 14 app is pretty much like its former iterations, as well as many other soccer apps and games out there. It allows users to play realistic soccer games as the game is loaded with real-world fixtures. In this version, there are 33 leagues that users can choose from. The game also has about 16,000 different players to choose from. Other fun features include different scenarios like injuries, change in teams, and even suspensions really affecting the game. This is about as realistic as football can get, all within the comforts of a smart phone of course!

If we didn't say it enough, we'll say it again: FIFA 14 is now available as a free download. This is quite a difference compared to last year, because last year's version of the game, FIFA 13, was priced at $6.99 upon its release. However, this is not to say that the whole game is completely free. FIFA 14 seems to be targeting revenue from other in-app purchases that are necessary if the player wants the game to advance. If you want to unlock certain game modes or really tweak your fantasy team, you may have to shell out some money. Nevertheless, the new FIFA 14 still looks to be a fun and interesting game and is sure to make many football addicts very, very happy.
