A stunt driver that was run over by a panicked SUV driver was apparently paralyzed due to injuries sustained from the incident that happened last Tuesday. Meanwhile, two suspects that allegedly attacked the driver are already in police custody.

One of the suspects was formally arrested, while the other one formally surrendered after an attack that showed a group of bikers chasing a Range Rover, who was driven by Alexian Lien, around Manhattan.

The biker, identified as Christopher Cruz was charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment, menacing and endangering the welfare of a child. The driver is waiting for an arraignment, which was scheduled for Tuesday.

The other man who turned himself in was supposedly the man who started punching the Range Rover's windshield.

Police have announced plans of conducting more arrests as more information on the incident comes in, and as soon as they are able to sort through the chaos. The whole incident was captured on video and was later uploaded on Youtube.

Another biker, identified as Edwin Mieses, was injured in the incident when the SUV ran him over in an attempt to escape the bikers. The aspiring rapper has been in a medically induced coma since the incident. He reportedly also suffered crushed legs, and other serious internal injuries because he was run over.

His wife has said that the rapper's back has also been crushed, causing his spine to break in 2 different places. She has said that her husband will be "forever paralyzed".

Edwin Mieses' wife said that her husband got off his bike to help another biker who was also run over by the SUV. He was run over as a result of that.

Alexian Lien, the driver of the SUV, is currently not facing any charges. Police have said that is was his fear for the safety of his wife and child, who were in the car with him, that prompted him to act the way he did.
