"Hurt You," released in a video premier on October 11. It is the first single from Babyface and Toni Braxton's new duet album, Love, Marriage, and Divorce. The full album will be available in stores on November 25, just in time for holiday shopping but Hurt You is available now on iTunes.

Hurt You opens with a soulful intro by Babyface which quickly opens into a danceable pop beat. The lyrics tell the story of a cheating couple apologizing for the pain they've caused each other. Braxton told ET Music that the divorces she and Babyface have been through recently were a strong inspiration for "Love, Marriage, Divorce. About Hurt You, Braxton said, ""I've been hurt and I've hurt someone in my relationship. ... [Have] you ever been in a relationship and you go through therapy and you find out that you've hurt each other? We're kind of at that stage [in] the song."

It has been several years since either star has released a new album. Braxton's last release was Pulse in 2010, which hit #1 on the R&B charts with the hit single"Yesterday." Baby Face's last album was Playlist, realeased six years ago and hitting the R&B Top Ten with the hit single, "Fire & Rain."

Earlier this year, Braxton had announced her retirement from the music business to focus on her acting career. She has found critical success on Broadway and in Hollywood. Her most recent project being Braxton Family Values, the flagship reality TV series for WE tv, featuring her and her sisters. She came out of retirement to record Love, Marriage, Divorce with Babyface. The two have been friends for twenty years since he inroduced Braxton to the world, on his LaFace Records label, in 1993. this is their first project together since then. Their voices fit together beautifully. They shouldn't have waited so long.
