Many are sharing their rants about the troublesome Apple iOS 7 after its release. Some say that the operating system is causing more problems than help, and users are not pleased at all.

Hanging screens, faulty WiFi and Bluetooth signals, and draining batteries are only some of the glitches iOS 7 users are ranting about. The September release of the operating system was greeted with so much anticipation, only to be reviewed awfully by its users a month later. Some comments on Apple's discussion boards state that the OS is causing many applications to not function correctly, as well as poor connection when it comes to loading games.

"Apple really needs to get back to focusing on device testing and hyper attention to detail to maintain customers' trust," says senior partner with IBB Consulting, Jefferson Wang as reported by USA today.

Many users also find the iMessage, a feature included in all iPhones, irritating as it fails to deliver text messages consecutively. Users say there is a need to press restart in order for the messaging app to function properly.

"I'll do the hard restart, and that seems to work, but it's pretty frustrating. It shouldn't happen this way, because everyone uses iMessage," admits 33-year-old Eric Retzlaff. Retzlaff went on to comparing the Apple operating system to a Microsoft release because of its numerous inabilities to perform as an advanced and hassle-free OS.

Raluca Budui, a senior researcher for Neilsen Norman stated that the iOS 7 is "Apple's most problematic operating system launch so far." Budui also says that iOS 7 makes every Apple device "harder to use." Badui then recalls the most troublesome moments she encountered using the operating system, saying that her battery drains faster even with brand new devices are used.

Apple is reassuring a smoother experience for its users in the future, as they are in the process of improving iOS 7 and troubleshooting problematic areas.

"We are aware of an issue that affects a fraction of a percent of our iMessage users, and we will have a fix available in an upcoming software update. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes impacted users." said Trudy Miller, the spokeswoman for Apple.
