If you plan on joining the mile high club, make sure you are in the bathroom when you do so. A forty four year old winemaker and a thirty three year old salon technician were arrested on a flight to Vegas for not having the common sense to do so.

They were each hit with a two hundred and fifty dollar fine for attempting to have oral sex on a flight from Medford, Oregon to Vegas. The man had exposed himself several times to passengers while he and the salon tech were doing the deed. The flight attendants first noted the hanky panky, as they were bringing the food and drink cart though. The attendant reprimanded them and told them to stop this behavior as one woman had complained it was not the type of sex education she wanted her child to be exposed to.

The dirty duo stopped , but then later resumed adding other acts into the equation before the plane landed. The Las Vegas police arrested them after they stepped off the plane. though the two later plead guilty "In Absentia" , so neither returned to Vegas for their court date. This did come after a plea deal with their lawyers as the charge of lewd, indecent and obscene acts on an airplane, is a federal misdemeanor. Normally the sentence comes with a maximum of up to ninety days in jail and a fine up to five hundred dollars, so neither got any hard time or and received half the fine .

One can only assume the forty four year old winemaker was drunk when the crime took place ,and he had just met the woman he engaged in these acts with since she was eleven years his junior, since impulsive sexual displays in public are often for thrills, and normally only take place when a couple is in the early stages of dating and the brain is firing off hormones and chemicals that off throw logic off the plane.

The Oregon winemaker worked for the highly regarded Troon Vineyard and become very remorseful, claiming to have lost his job due to his lack of judgement, going as far to say he destroyed a legacy he spent a decade building, all because he didn't use the bathroom. So the lesson learned here, is to never get too drunk or horny on a plane that you can't wait to take things to the bathroom.
