After last week's "Like Father, Like Daughter" episode, where we saw Rick (Nathan Fillion) and his daughter Alexis (Molly Quinn) teaming up to solve a case, this week's episode will focus more on Becket and Castle's life following their decision to live together. And as early as now, it seems that Beckett is not at all that pleased with their shared living situation especially when she notices something dark or mysteriously disturbing about Castle's lion on the wall. However, in the middle of the argument on whether or not the lion should be transferred to another room or not, a new murder case will temporarily stop their tiff and will make them focus on working together as partners. In one of the sneak peeks for episode 8 of Castle Season 6, we can see a sleepless Beckett (Stana Katic), trying to relax albeit the scary stare she is getting from castle's lion wall decor. She then opens up to Rick that she couldn't sleep, let alone relax because the image of a hungry lion that is very much prepared to pounce on her is freaking her out. So Becket simply suggests that Castle transfers the thing to a different room, only to be refuted by Rick with an argument that the elephant display on Beckett's side table has been creeping him out, adding that he also wants the elephant to go. But in an attempt to make Beckett see his point, Castle is taken aback when Beckett reveals that she is ready to make a compromise. "If you don't like the elephants, I don't like the elephants," Beckett can be heard telling her man. Because of this, Rick realizes how much Beckett values his words over his possessions, and simply decides to keep the elephants on Beckett's side table. For this Monday night, Castle and Beckett will take on a murder case involving a famed relationship therapist, who happens to possess something that is worth millions of dollars.
