The Governor apparently gets a completely new identity, after murdering his entire Woodbury army, naming himself Brian Heriot. However, somebody knows his secret as Martinez runs into him. It is unclear if Martinez will reveal what he knows of the Governor to his new campmates Megan, Tara, and Lily, but for the meantime, Martinez nicknames the Governor as One-Eye Bry.

Further into the episode, Martinez and the gang discover a corpse tied to a tree with its head hacked off. However, it seems to have been a deliberate act, as the corpse has a note "LIAR" nailed to his chest, implying that he had been punished. Is there a more sadistic group of survivors out there in the universe of "Walking Dead?"
In the meantime, Martinez becomes the leader of a new group, but he seems to have the same vicious streak as the Governor, planning to raid and steal supplies from another group of survivors instead of joining, or helping them out.
