Don't even for a second underestimate the power of TV shows. This list of top 10 best paid TV actors will certainly prove to you how lucrative the TV show business is for these men. So who has made it to the top 10 according to Forbes this year? Read on to find out.

Top 1: Ashton Kutcher is still taking the helm, earning nearly $24 million for his stint on the hit show, "Two and a Half Men," as well as the return of investment he gets for his shares in Skype and Spotify. Additionally, he is still receiving residual money from That 70s Show.

Top 2: Alongside Ashton Kutcher is his co-actor Jon Cryer, who is just behind by $3 million, earning at least $21 million for 2013, just enough for someone who plays second fiddle in their hit sitcom.

Top 3: Ray Romano came in third, having snatched $16 million for his long-running "Everybody Loves Raymond" CBS sit-com. And yes now we are certain that indeed everyone loves Raymond. He is also part of NBC's "Parenthood" and "Ice Age" franchises, so it is not surprising he belongs to this top best paid TV actors for 2013 list.

Top 4: Our favorite Barney landed fourth with $15 million. Neil Patrick Harris is obviously one of the legends when it comes to TV comedy, and it shows. Having starred in the very successful "How I Met Your Mother" and his involvement in "Smurfs" alongside his Broadway stints, NPH is undeniably worth a fortune.

Top 5: And who can ever forget Mark Harmon who stars in the sure-fire hit "NCIS?" Harmon has earned nearly $15 million for the police procedural.

Top 6: Another actor that has made it to the top 10 best paid TV actors for 2013 is Patrick Dempsey, who has snagged $13 million out of his acting in "Grey's Anatomy" for this year only.

Top 7: Tim Allen earned $11 million this year, making him the 7th best paid actor on the list. With "Last Man Standing," "Home Improvement," and the "Toy Story" franchise, we do not doubt why this man is earning this much.

Top 8: Oops! Looks like dropping from regular to recurring in "Two and a Half Men" still has its perks. Angus T. Jones still grabbed a spot on the top best paid TV actors list after earning $11 million this year. This young actor really has a big paycheck for someone who is currently working hard as a full-time college student.

Top 9: For fans who thought "Dexter's" finale sucked, well Michael C. Hall didn't, and he has even earned $10 million out of it. The lead actor surely got what he deserved for working hard up until the very last episode of the series.

Top 10: And who do you think completes this year's list? It's no other than Charlie Sheen, who may be absent from our television screens lately, but undeniably earns much too much. He got $10 million this year alone. Not bad for someone who used to be the best paid TV actor.
