Kellie Pickler makes the holidays that much brighter with an appearance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The former American Idol contestant performed on top of the NHL float singing songs from her new album, "All the Woman I Am." The hit album debuts at number 4 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and features three songs co-written by Kellie Pickler.

The country star wowed in a show-stopping red gown with a flattering plunging neckline. Though the float was outfitted with an actual ice rink, the singer did not don a pair of skates deciding to entertain the crowd with her vocals instead. Pickler is also set to appear at the CMA Country Christmas special airing on the 2nd of December where she will be performing her new Christmas song, "The Man with the Bag." The official Kellie Pickler Facebook Page announces the singer's excitement as she revives the old 1950's holiday hit.

Fans of the bubbly singer can also catch a glimpse of her in the December issue of People Country, where she dishes about what music she'd want to bring to a desert island. The country gal recently returned to the Dancing with the Stars set to perform "Little Bit Gypsy", a single from her new album.

The title track of "All the Woman I am" was co-written by Pickler and her husband, Kyle Jacobs. Jacobs, a Nashville songwriter, wrote the song one day after coming home from work. His wife agrees that nobody else knew Kellie Pickler better. She recorded much of the album while on her DWTS run but is jam packed with stories about a small town girl. Pickler hopes her fans could find at least one song in the album they could identify with and hopefully draw inspiration from for their day to day lives.
