"Bless me father for I have sinned" will probably be the first thing that pops into your mind after seeing Pierro Pazzi's Calendar Romano 2014. The controversial calendar, which is making its rounds in social media and other sites, is simply too sexy, hot and sinful for those who have actually seen it.

Piero Pazzi's Calendar Romano is not one of those calendars that feature hunky men clad in priestly costumes. Instead, it showcases breathtaking photos of some of the hottest Roman Priests.

According to Huffingtonpost, the Roman "Priest Calendar 2014"is a project that features Venice-based photographer Piero Pazzi's photographs of actual Roman Catholic priests.

Most of the pictures were actually taken during the Holy Week, so one must not expect to see these priests posing with their non-priest robes. However, based on the response of many people in general, the calendar is already steamy on its own right.

"I meet most of them on the streets in Rome and ask to take their photos," Pazzi said in an interview for adding that most of the priests did not provide the photographer with their names. "Most are happy to be photographed after I tell them the reason for the calendar... Yes, the men are good-looking, but it is just a product, a way for people to be better informed about the Vatican."

Some of the people who have stumbled upon the calendar voiced out their thoughts online.

A Cletus VanDamme commented on Huffingtonposts's feature of the calendar, referring to the priests as "The Forbidden Fruits."

Meanwhile, another user called Tom G. wrote, "Bless me father, for I have sinned. I have had impure thoughts, father, AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!"

In 2008, Pazzi also came up with a similar project under 'Variety.' Back then he shared that he found his subjects for the calendar via a call out on his website. "I pick them young to signal that their calling is still very much alive," he dished.

Although the project is simply Pazzi's way of showcasing the beauty of the Vatican and its priests, some were not really pleased with product.

A Catholic Connecticut Corner writer wrote, "I hope the priests don't encourage anyone to refer to them as 'sexy holy men' or 'strapping young men of the cloth...' It's just wrong in my personal opinion. [It] sends an entirely WRONG message of 'holy men' and God's Roman Catholic priests."

Piero Pazzi's calendar is priced at 10 euros, you can check out more details on this calendar by visiting this link here.
