Shia Labeouf is dead. The 27-year-old actor was said to have fallen to his death in Kitzbühel, Austria while filming his new movie. However, the Sha Labeouf is actually perfectly fine as multiple sources revealed that the viral news about the actor's death is nothing but another celebrity death hoax.
News about Shia Labeouf's alleged death began circulating early this morning. According to the report, the 27-year-old fell for more than 50 feet while filming for his new movie was on-going.
The fall reportedly led to Shia's death at an early age, as how Austrian Police officials noted it in their preliminary reports on the case. The news even claimed that Labeouf fell onto a remote area of the Hahenkamm mountains at around 4:30 am.
Labeouf's death then began to circulate online because many people who stumbled upon the news believed it was for real due to the specific details of the report.
Nevertheless, a few hours later, it was found out that the report was from Global Associated News, a site that generates celebrity death hoax.
Experts claim that the said death hoax became viral right away since people who read it believed it right away. However, if one tries to look closely, there is actually forewarning on the use and purpose of the site.
