Zac Efron was recently spotted looking hot and sober by fans at a recent Laker's basketball game, as the former child actor showed off his blue AA sobriety chip as he cheered for the Los Angeles team.

Former "High School Musical" star Zac Efron wore his blue AA sobriety chip in a necklace at a basketball game on Dec. 20, implying that Efron has been clean and sober for the past six months. 

Without informing the media and most people, the 26-year-old actor finished a stint in rehab in April 2013 which Zac Efron managed to keep secet for the following five months. The former Disney star has kept up with his rehab program and remains sober today.

Efron has chosen to keep the details of his rehab stint under wraps and did not further disclose any information regarding his experience.

"17 Again" star Zac Efron seems to have a packed schedule up ahead for him after completing his run in rehab and coming out sober. 

The star has been busy filming for his new movie "That Awkward Moment" which premieres in Jan. 31, 2014. Efron will costar with Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Imogen Poots and Mackenzie Davis in the R-rated comedy about three best friends who find themselves in a confusing stage of their relationships.

Zac Efron broke his jaw a month ago, after the former child actor fell inside his home, and had to have his mouth wired shut. The injury seemed to have completely healed however, as shown by a picture taken on Dec. 15 where Zac Efron was spotted posing with Colts player Matt Overton in one of his games.

Several controversial rumors surfaced as to the real reason behind his injury after Zac Efron's minor accident last November, including sex scandal claims reportedly made by people close to Efron. According to the allegations, Efron reportedly got his jaw broken by a girl he brought home.
