Jack Strickland, a father from Utah is outraged after his son's biological mother gave their son up for adoption without his knowledge.

His response? Filing a multimillion dollar federal lawsuit against the woman who lied and cheated on him not just once but twice.

In the formal complaint he filed against the woman in the U.S. District Court last Friday, Jake Strickland reportedly claimed that his son's biological mother, Whitney Pettersson Demke, "essentially kidnapped" his child three years ago, just after the boy's birth.

Strickland charged Demke, his son's adoptive parents and the involved adoption agency through which it happened with conspiring in an "illegal, deceit-ridden infant adoption" that caused him the loss of his son, the Utah native said in his complaint.

"My son doesn't deserve to go through this. I don't deserve to go through this. This has been very heart-wrenching for everyone involved," Strickland shared on a website aiming to get him custody over the son he lost three years ago called "GetBabyJack.com."

Whitney Pettersson and the adoption agency, LDS Family Services, did not comment on the matter or disclose any explanation.

Demke and Strickland got together in 2009 but separated before their son was born in December of 2010, confirmed court documents regarding the case. However, Strickland insists that he and ex Demke remained in good terms and even agreed to share custody over their son. The two of them had decided on the boy's name, Strickland added.

In a video posted on the website, Strickland shared that he helped Demke as much as he could in raising their child, including giving his son's biological mother money whenever she needed it.

Their son was born on Dec. 29, 2010 and was given up for adoption the very next day by his biological mother, Strickland explained in the complaint. According to the Utah native, Demke didn't tell him about the adoption until seven days after the adoptive parents took their son away.

Soon after finding out about his son's adoption, another unpleasant surprise greeted Strickland, who thought ex Demke had been a divorcee when they met. However, fact was Demke was still legally married to her estranged husband, who was presumed their child's father and essentially had the right to give Jack's custody away.
