Newly engaged Emily Maynard stepped out with her stunning engagement ring for the first time since it was first announced that she said yes to boyfriend Tyler Johnson's proposal.
Maynard was spotted making a quick trip to one of the local schools aroound the vicinity of her home in Charlotte, N.C. on Tuesday afternoon.
The newly engaged star looked cozy but chic in an oversized grey sweater, leggings and black knit boots while on her errand. Maynard gave the monochromatic winter ensemble a splash of color with a knit, shocking pink scarf to keep her neck warm and toasty against the harsh winter air.
The former star of reality TV show "The Bachelorette" apparently loved the unique engagement ring that came with boyfriend Johnson's proposal so much that she took it with her while she ran her errand, showing off the gorgeous diamond band with a number of stacked rings surrounding it.
The star made the quick visit to the school just shortly after it was announced that Emily Maynard would be walking down the aisle with her management consultant fiance.
According to a source related to the pair, "The Bachelorette" star and her fiance are reportedly "so excited" about the marriage and opening the newest chapter of their lives together.

Tyler Johnson then filled Emily Maynard's home with candles and flowers, according to the insider.
Maynard's daughter Ricki was present during the proposal and Maynard "knew immediately what was happening" when she saw the romantic sight.
"She was crying," the source shared about the happy event. "She's super happy. He's her best friend."
