Fans of Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears may have to wait until late at night to catch the two pop stars' on television as reports claim that regulators declared the two shouldn't hit the airwaves until after 10 p.m.

French TV watchdog Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (CSA) has declared Britney Spears a little too risqué for daytime television. Along with the "Wrecking Ball" singer, Spears was recently deemed "inappropriate" and relegated to late night TV which provides more adult-oriented entertainment for viewers of legal age.

Spears' "Work B****" video landed her in hot water with CSA who declared it a little too inappropriate for airwaves. Miley Cyrus was also pushed to the 10 p.m. slot for showing a little too much skin and sexual shenanigans in her "Wrecking Ball" music video.

The French TV watchdog organization explained that a scene in "Work B****" finds Spears writhing around inside a "sadomasochistic universe" that displays "women in a way that risks shocking many viewers."

Although Britney Spears getting the boot from French television may shock some, this is not the first time networks in Europe have raised concerns with the pop star's "Work B****" video. Spears discovered in October 2013 that the music video was also banned until past 10 p.m. in the United Kingdom.

In recent news, tabloid mainstay Lindsay Lohan was reportedly banned from attending Spears' Las Vegas performances at Planet Hollywood. Apparently, the former child actress turned junkie did not get along well with Britney Spears and her parents.

"Lindsay has always been a big fan of Britney and would love to attend a show. But there's no way she would ever get on the VIP list, because Brit's dad [and conservator, Jamie Spears] has a strict 'No Lindsay' rule... Jamie always felt that Lindsay was a bad influence on Britney. He wants to keep Britney on the straight and narrow, and that means not being around Lindsay ever again," said a source close to the singer.
