NaVorro Bowman's painful leg twist could only mean one thing for the player, and it's missing all the fun when his team hits the OTA's, training camp, and the beginning of the season, Fansided reported Monday.

It's very unfortunate news for fans of San Francisco 49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman, who got into a severely painful leg twisting situation last night. If you missed out the happenings and dramatically painful sightings last night, then simply watch the raw footage during the game below.

Following the painful and sudden twisting of NaVorro Bowman's left leg, the linebacker was rushed to the locker room with a cart for immediate treatment.

As though the injured player wasn't enough bad news, the San Francisco 49ers were eliminated from the post-season. This means they will have the entire offseason for their injured players to recover.

Meanwhile, 49ers head coach Jim Hardbaugh revealed during the post-game press conference that Bowman had apparently suffered from a torn anterior cruciate ligament when he was hit in the knee.

USA TODAY reports that Bowman had just stripped Seahawks receiver Jermaine Kearse following a red-zone catch when his teammate Eric Reid hit Kearse, knocking the Seahwaks receiver into NaVorro's lower leg.

"My prayers go out to him, man," Kearse said in an interview with USA TODAY Sports after the game which ended in favor of the Seahawks at 23-17. "He's a terrific athlete. He's a great competitor. You never want to see those type of injuries happen in a game no matter who we're facing. It's definitely sad to see that happen."

Meanwhile, Hardbaugh also revealed that starting guard Mike Lupati broke his ankle during the game.
