The "Game of Thrones" star Natalie Dormer debuts her "Capitol" hair style in SAG Awards on Saturday.
The actress of the upcoming movie "Mockingjay" rock the SAG Red Carpet when she walked with her long body hugging gown Mark Schwab matched with her half-shaved head.
According to the actress, the "hairstyle" was part of her character in the film "Mockingjay" where she portrayed the role of Cressida.
The actress claimed to have a little help from the film staff regarding her new look.
Natalie, who was known to her brunettes' locks, did not had a hard time deciding if she will going to cut her hair.
"The hair department of Mockingjay did it and I love it," Natalie told E! News.
"A little trepidation but I was excited."
Also, she told E! News that she is considering the shaved permanently.
Natalie played the character Margaery Tyrell in the HBO series "Game of Thrones" where she wore a wig which is totally different in her character Cressida in the "Mockingjay".
In the book of Suzanne Collins, Cressida was described as "a shaved head tattooed with green vines".
Though the actress attended the SAG awards with "half-shaved head", she was considering the "full-shaved".
"Francis Lawrence, the director of Mockingjay, and I discussed it and I took the job on the premise that I would possibly [have to] shave my whole head. I'm actually really pleased that we went halfway because I think it's more the Capitol, and that's where Cressida comes from. She comes from the Capitol, so she's got a stylized thing going on and now she's turned rebel. I think its right for the character."
Dormer has been hiding the style for 3 months now as it was shaved last October. She was just waiting for the right moment to show her new hairdo and SAG awards night was her choice.
