An explosion in Ohama manufacturing plant cause the death of two, left 10 injured on Monday morning and 19 are still unaccountable.

There are a total of 38 workers in the factory working at the factory by morning morning, 10 am as the explosion happened.

Jomar White, one of the workers who were fortunate to escape the factory heard a crack and saw the walls of the building collapsed.

The three-floor-building failed to stay standing as the explosion went on. Both second and third floor collapse after the blast, leaving the building in full wreck.

Kranger said that Occupational Safety and Health Administration was sent to the building to determine the cause of misfortune but would take weeks for reports.

In a news conference, Monday, Fire Chief Bernie Kranger said that they are still unsure if there was an explosion, however, witnesses and workers claimed to hear a blast.

Search for the plant explosion started Monday evening, where one dead body was rescued and identified as Keith Everett, 53 years old from Ohama. Bad weather caused the rescue team to stop the operations and leave the second dead body inside the factory until Tuesday. The body was not yet identified.

There were four people in critical condition, six who were sent for treatment and seven who are injured and refused to be treated.

The cause of the explosion was still unknown but the investigation is still on-going. The number of people who escaped the said explosion was not yet unidentified.

The Ohama manufacturing plant used to make feeds, vitamins and nutritional products for animals. Kranger said that there were no hazardous chemicals found in the site.
