Farting deer alert! Yes! If you haven't figured it out yet, even deer do fart. You know, to expel intestinal gas from behind.

Although the said act is a natural phenomenon, it's a bit surprising why many people are drawn into watching a clip that features a farting deer, which was originally posted on YouTube in 2011.

According to Huffington Post, the viral video has found its way to Reddit and is now circulating the Internet like wildfire.

The site even tries to explain why a deer farting could be of interest to everyone.

"Because farts are hilarious and witnessing a deer fart is like seeing a unicorn," the report says. "A beautiful, majestic, disgusting unicorn."

However, multiple sources claim that it is quite possible that the video has been dubbed or enhanced by audio-enhancing technology to make the clip appear funnier.

Meanwhile, Chicagoist opines that the viral video on Reddit was obviously enhanced to spark interest among netizens.

The site then featured a different video which appears to be a raw footage of a farting deer in the woods. Looks like no one is safe from flatulence after all.
