Sean Lennon and girlfriend Charlotte Kemp Muhl have unveiled the product of their musical collaboration and announced that its set to be released April this year.
Sean Lennon, son of the legendary John Lennon and Yoko Ono, and girlfriend Muhl revealed their new album, "Midnight Sun" which is expected to be an evocative travel to a kaleidoscopic music land.
Sean Lennon and girlfriend Charlotte Kemp Muhl make up The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger, The GOASTT for short. Lennon and his lady love are traveling across the country on tour with The Flaming Lips and Tame Imapala.
Lennon, girlfriend Muhl and the rest of gang have performed songs at the Hollywood Bowl and even released a Record Store Day vinyl EP titled "La Carotte Bleue."
Both Lennon and his girlfriend also have individual projects, with Lennon producing his mother's new album, "Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band." Muhl was also working on an EP with folk duo-band "Kemp & Eden."
"Midnight Sun" is set to be released for sale on April 29 via Chimera Music.
Among a few reviews on Sean Lennon and girlfriend Charlotte Kemp Muhl's album, media men called it “a guided tour of bold, shape-shifting sonic murals and evocative lyrical panoramas.”
