Lorraine Nicholson is slowly building a name of her own in Hollywood despite being the daughter of esteemed actor Jack Nicholson and Rebecca Broussard. At the young age of 23, Lorraine Nicholson has already nine movies under her name, but she isn't stopping there as she is set to engage into another film this year where she is to play the main protagonist.
Born on April 16, 1990, young Lorraine Broussard Nicholson didn't make her acting debut until she turned 13. However, she only started as cameo - a young girl in the market - in Something's Got to Give.
Fortunately, a year after, Lorraine landed the role of Princess Lorraine in The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement.
Slowly, Lorraine Nicholson got more projects such as playing the 14-year-old Samantha Newman in Click, voice acting as Katie in Fly Me to the Moon, and portraying Heather in World's Greatest Dad.
In 2011, Lorraine Nicholson beat the ends when she played supporting role Alana Blanchard, the best friend of Bethany Hamilton in the true-to-life movie, Soul Surfer.
Lorraine then starred in two more films, The Cottage and Room 105, but also decided to engage into directing. Hence, in 2013, she made her directorial debut in The Instant Message.
This year, Jack Nicholson's daughter will be starring as the titular hacker in Hacker. Ironically, according to ET Online, Lorraine is actually way behind in the latest technological trends than most young adults her age. "I'm not really tech savvy," Nicholson admitted. "I don't have a Facebook, but I do have email."
Additionally, Lorraine told ET Online that her three-time-Oscar-winning father has always been very supportive of her career.
"He gives me top secret advice," she said. "Obviously I'm not going to share it with anyone, because it gives our family a competitive advantage."
Back in 2011, when Lorraine did an interview with AccessHollywood, she dished that she and father Jack Nicholson like to spend time together whether it be eating breakfast or rooting for her favorite team the Los Angeles Lakers.
