Miranda Kerr's diet and beauty tips might just be the answer to every woman's constant quest to looking and feeling great, as it obviously worked out well for the Victoria's Secret Angel.
Now a mother of one, Miranda Kerr's diet, coupled with exercise, keeps her body as fit and toned as it had been before she'd given birth to her child with actor and former husband Orlando Bloom.
So what exactly does Miranda Kerr's diet and beauty secrets consist of?
First off, Miranda Kerr's diet requires a lot of hydration. And not just the plain, old water kind either -- Miranda Kerr likes a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in her drinks.
"Before breakfast, I have warm water with a squeeze of lemon. Then I'll have a cold-pressed green juice from Juice Press with cucumber, celery, lemon, kale, and aloe vera," Kerr shared. "After that, I'll make an energizing smoothie with lots of ingredients, including chia seeds, raw cacao, goji berries, fresh coconut water, and protein powder. It's a recipe I made up. I call it the 'Miranda mix.'"
Another one of Kerr's beauty secrets is that she invests in constant body brushing.
"I love body brushing! With a dry body brush, you brush your skin from your toes all the way up to your heart and then from your arms all the way in to your heart. It's invigorating! I do it pretty much every day," the model said.
Of course, simple dieting doesn't shed off all those pesky extra pounds and even an international supermodel like Miranda Kerr still needs to workout at least several days per week.
"I try to do this little power-workout DVD, Pace Express by Al Sears, M.D., four times a week. You do intervals with moves such as lunges, squats, and star jumps. It's only 12 minutes, so it's definitely attainable. And you feel like you've had a good workout afterward," Kerr shared.
The most surprising thing about Miranda Kerr's diet and beauty advice however is that the model doesn't discourage people from eating. In fact, she's encouraging it.
"I make these gluten-free apple-and-banana muffins at least once a week. Sometimes twice!" Kerr said.
