According to Daily Mail, Zoe Saldana's husband is Marco Perego, a successful Italian artist.

In 2007, Perego opened up to the New York Observer about his struggles before he became and established artist. He said back then that his mother was stay-at-home wife while his father was a waiter.

Zoe Saldana's husband also revealed that prior to pursuing a career as an artist, he was a professional soccer player. Unfortunately, a leg injury ended his aspirations to become a professional player. Following the accident, Perego worked as a busboy before he made it big as an artist.

E! News reported that although Zoe Saldana and husband Marco Pergo didn't have a long courtship, they have known each other long enough for them to realize that it was time for them to wed. A source revealed that Perego was "really a good guy with a really good energy" adding that "Zoe is super-happy right now."
