Johnny Depp confirmed that his finally engaged to co-star, Amber Heard, flashing a big diamond engagement ring at a press conference in Beijing, China. The famous "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor announced the engagement while promoting his new upcoming film, Transcendence.

The soon to be bride is no other than 27 year old Amber Heard, Johnny Depp's co-star at The Rum Diary film, where the couple also got acquainted with each other on the set in Puerto Rico in 2009. The startling way on how the actor confirmed the engagement was noticed by the press. Depp was spotted showing off his huge diamond ring to the crowd, when he was inquired about the ring, he immediately replied, that just by wearing the ring on his finger, the answer is a dead giveaway.

Months about the long rumored news about the engagement finally got its confirmation from Johnny Depp himself, even with the recent split from his 14 years partner, Vanessa Paradis in 2012. Depp and his French singer and model partner had two children during their relationship.

Reports from the entertainment industry also stated that the couple already celebrated their upcoming marriage, together with other popular guests in their Carondelet House at downtown Los Angeles.
