DWTS elimination today led to the clean exit of Danica McKellar from the dancing competition as show fans watched in awe of the unexpected result.

Dancing With The Stars season 18 is indeed a very unpredictable season. One moment your favorite dancing partners shine among the other contenders, and the next you see them saying their heartfelt goodbyes following their elimination.

The DWTS elimination today has been nothing but explosive. Apart from the appearance of Abby Lee Miller of 'Dance Moms' as guest judge, there were just a lot of things that somehow didn't feel right.

The judges themselves had a hard time in giving criticism to the final sex couples, hinting that it from this point onwards every elimination is going to be a tough one.

During the DWTS elimination today, Danica McKellar and Val Chmerkovskiy were announced as the new couple to exit the ABC reality hit. "I've had the best time ever," 'Wonder Years' star Danica McKellar said following her elimination from the competition. "It's been a blast," her partner Val added.

Other couples in the bottom of the judges' leaderboard were Candace Cameron Bure and James Maslow.

Apart from the DWTS elimination today, a tense yet nothing short of dramatic event took place during the performance of Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy when the former slapped the latter as part of their routine.

The slapping was professionally done that guest judge Abby even remarked: "Maks, I would never hit you, just saying." However, it was also Abby's succeeding comments/negative feedback to Davis' footwork that caused a huge stir among fans.

Nevertheless, it seems that Maks was not at all pleased with what Abby had to say. "I really don't care for anything she has to say," the professional dancer told Erin Andrews after the judges gave their comments.
